1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this site, or joining the founding-client waitlist, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Who may use the site

The site is intended for businesses and adults. By using it, you confirm you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You may use the site to learn about Vaucan and register your interest. You must not:

• Use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to breach the site's security or interfere with its operation.
• Scrape or extract data automatically, or overload the service.
• Submit false information, or someone else's information without their consent.
• Copy, republish, or reuse the content without our permission.

4. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including the "Vaucan" name and brand, text, design, logos, and the duck motif — are owned by Vaucan or its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted to you other than normal use of the site.

5. Founding-client waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and only registers your interest. It is not a purchase or a service contract, and it does not guarantee access, availability, price, or a launch date. Vaucan may change, pause, or cancel the waitlist or the product, and modify its features or pricing, at any time and without liability.

6. Third-party services and links

The site uses third-party providers (for example, Cloudflare) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

7. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." Because it is pre-launch, information may change or contain inaccuracies, and we do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vaucan is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version, with its update date, will be posted on this page; continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.
